OKLAHOMAN ASKS WHO IS LEGALLY QUALIFIED FOR PRESIDENCY

Now that the USCA 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed, by virtue of the most recent Dismissal of 11-9501, that neither they nor the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, operating under the authority of the Department of Homeland Security, have jurisdiction to interpret the meaning of "Natural Born Citizen", Steven Lee Craig has filed a Petition the USCA 10th, once again, for Panel Rehearing En Banc.

SLCraig, of Del City, OK has pursued the question of who is a Natural Born Citizen for over two years. In that time, he has had a similar case which made it to the U. S. Supreme Court under Rule 11, Petition before Judgment of a lower Court, only to have the Petition be rendered MOOT days before the Conference hearing when the USCA 10th Dismissed in Part and Remanded in Part the case that had been pending there.
His current action, an Appeal of Administrative Decision, Craig v Holder, is based on his Application to be "Certified" by a Department of the Federal Government as Natural Born Citizen, a condition of Citizenship required by Article II of the U. S. Constitution in order for the Article to be of any "effect".
After months of pursuing his "certification", with negative response from the various Federal agencies, SLCraig filed his action in the continuing effort to be acknowledged as a natural born Citizen.
The efforts to date has proved one indisputable FACT; Currently, under the rules of U.S. Law, there is no acknowledged "legal" definition of the Constitutional idiom of "natural born Citizen".
Without a legal definition, he now questions whether anyone meets the legal requirements to be sworn in as President. Secondly, how can the officials of any political party or the various Secretaries of State "certify" a candidate as meeting that legal standard?
